Weeks 1-4

Diagnostic Fundamentals

Weeks 5-8

Network & Data Optimization

Dive deep into the networking issues that plague mobile apps in Thailand's varied connectivity environments. You'll work with a real food delivery app that performs well on WiFi but becomes unusable on mobile networks. Learn caching strategies that actually work.

Weeks 9-12

Advanced Performance Patterns

Study the complex performance challenges that emerge as apps scale. Your capstone project involves optimizing a social media app with 50,000+ daily active users that's experiencing 30% user churn due to performance issues.

Weeks 13-16

Production Deployment & Monitoring

Learn to set up monitoring systems that catch performance regressions before users notice them. Final project includes presenting your optimization results to a panel of mobile developers from Bangkok tech companies.
